I ordered a custom piece for my Bay Window. I have a Parson Russell Terrier that loves the window! They were very helpful with all my questions, sizes and Ideas. This is my second purchase from Fran. She totally knows what she is doing. Excellent communication skills where I am the opposite. It looks like it came with our table set. Fran really works with you to get it right. So happy how this cushion came out. It will definitely make our bench quite comfortable to sit on for long periods of time.

I ordered a custom made seat cushion for the bay window seat in my son's room. Fran was very helpful throughout the whole process - from measurements, to selecting the fabric and color/pattern. The entire process from first outreach to receiving my cushion was very quick. The cushion came out amazing! It's a perfect fit on my oddly shaped bay window seat and it seems to be very high quality.

Fran is AMAZING to work with! I changed my mind at least 5 times on the fabrics. She was always super sweet and kind. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. The quality of the cushions is excellent and super soft. Even the hidden zipper matches the plaid. Amazing! We love them and will continue to use her for any other custom projects. Highly recommend.

My custom cushion turned out absolutely beautiful and fit the ledge perfectly! We just moved into our new home and as I predicted, my Maine Coon, Tenshi, loves lounging in the bay window. My sweet boy is 13 now and has some arthritis, so it was very important to me to get him a nice thick cushion so he would be comfortable. As you can see, he loves it! Thank you so much!!

5+ Star experience with Fran and the finished cushion. Fran was super helpful and always responded quickly. My custom fireplace cushion turned out beautifully and fits perfectly. The foam inside is nice and firm but still cushy. Not like some cheap store bought cushions. I love, love, love my new fireplace cushion!!
