Shipping policy
Processing time for custom products is usually within 4 weeks from the date of purchase. At certain times lead time may be longer and you will be notified.
The actual ship time varies but is typically 2-9 days, and is in addition to production time.
Products are shipped through USPS, UPS or Fedex depending on the weight of your order and the box size. Over sized products are shipped UPS or FedEx. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. The shipping cost includes postage, packaging material and supplies, delivery confirmation.
All shipments are insured, however ship insurance does not cover packages that are stolen once the carrier has delivered them at the specified destination. (ex. Left on Porch). Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for the item.
Please make sure the SHIP TO ADDRESS is the correct address, before placing the order. Manual changes to the SHIP TO ADDRESS, may incur additional postage/shipping fees.
Orders will be sent to the address that you provide during checkout. There is a re-ship fee for any packages that have been returned due to an incorrect address.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping charges (if allowed) are the responsibility of the customer.
